Responsibilities:

  • Develop dynamic motion graphics and video animations tailored for in-store TV screens.

  • Adapt and animate existing designs and creative assets into compelling video content.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project goals and timelines.

  • Ensure all animations are optimized for playback quality and consistency across screens.

Job Summary:

Support the Store Manager in overseeing operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales. Lead and motivate the sales team, manage inventory, and maintain store standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent service and resolve issues promptly.

  • Help meet sales goals, manage promotions, and ensure effective merchandising.

  • Support and develop staff, lead meetings, and manage staffing changes.

  • Oversee stock control, replenishment, shrinkage, and ordering.

  • Maintain cleanliness and visual appeal according to corporate standards.

  • Assist with budgets, payroll, scheduling, and analyze sales reports.

  • Cannabis knowledge is an asset. Must be 19+, Cannsell required, eligible for RML.

Job Summary:

Sessions Cannabis is seeking passionate individuals with cannabis knowledge for the role of Budtender. As a brand ambassador, you’ll provide excellent customer service, educate customers about cannabis products, and contribute to a positive community environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers in a friendly, welcoming manner throughout the day.

  • Confidently represent the Sessions brand and values.

  • Educate customers on cannabis products and safe consumption.

  • Facilitate cannabis sales by discussing products and accessories with customers.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and new products.

  • Use a cannabis-compliant POS system and cash register efficiently.

  • Organize, receive, and categorize cannabis products and accessories.

  • Maintain daily cleanliness of the store.

  • Check IDs for customers appearing 30 years old or younger.

  • Follow all company policies and procedures.

  • Adhere to provincial and federal cannabis regulations.

  • Participate in company and LP training initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of retail experience preferred.

  • Valid CannSell certification.
