Responsibilities:
Develop dynamic motion graphics and video animations tailored for in-store TV screens.
Adapt and animate existing designs and creative assets into compelling video content.
Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project goals and timelines.
Ensure all animations are optimized for playback quality and consistency across screens.
Maintain a strong understanding of our brand identity to ensure cohesion across all video projects.
Manage revisions and feedback efficiently to meet deadlines.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a video animator or motion graphics designer.

Oversee stock control, replenishment, shrinkage, and ordering.
Maintain cleanliness and visual appeal according to corporate standards.

Greet customers in a friendly, welcoming manner throughout the day.
Confidently represent the Sessions brand and values.
Educate customers on cannabis products and safe consumption.
Facilitate cannabis sales by discussing products and accessories with customers.
Stay updated on industry trends and new products.
Use a cannabis-compliant POS system and cash register efficiently.
Organize, receive, and categorize cannabis products and accessories.
Maintain daily cleanliness of the store.
Check IDs for customers appearing 30 years old or younger.
Follow all company policies and procedures.
Adhere to provincial and federal cannabis regulations.
Participate in company and LP training initiatives.
Qualifications:
2-4 years of retail experience preferred.
Valid CannSell certification.
Clean criminal background check.
