First time reviewer, multiple delivery repeater 😂 just figured out where to leave reviews. Always awesome service both in store and with delivery. I usually get my goodies delivered by Kaitlyn, although I am sure I have gotten Dylan a few times as well. Prefer you guys over a closer local shop tbh!

This is hands down the best dispensary in Hamilton. The staff is amazing, friendly and kind. I have never received such amazing customer service . Their delivery service and staff are some of the kindest people ! Simply Phenomenal. I will not be going anywhere else .

Always a great delivery experience. Great quality items, often come with a small bonus gift and are extremely fast. All the drivers are amazing, kind and prompt. Most recently, I had a great experience with Dylan delivering.

First time experience was excellent with Scott. Customer service on point with zero aggressive attitude to purchase anything beyond what I already had. Even though we ran into an issue post purchase that was 100% on me he was extremely polite and courteous and didn't shut me right out. That is something that is hard to do in a city full of weirdos, liars and schemers. I applaud him for his customer service for that. Dispensaries are a dime a dozen these days but solely based off my experience with him I will return to that shop even if it means taking some extra time out of my day to make it to that location as opposed to other dispensaries so long as Scott works there. Thanks again pal!Note to the owner: A good bonus or raise has to be in the works for him.

First time, great experience!I ordered online for delivery through the app, easy checkout process, delivered in an hour, driver was nice, they included a free gift with my delivery order. Their point/reward system is the best I’ve encountered so far, huge selection esp in cartridges, good/average prices too!

Imagine Ron Swanson was passionate about growing weed, that's me. I walked in there, said my 'I know more than you, move aside!' and was greeted by Ashley. I received wonderful customer service, we didn't speak a single word about cannabis and by the end I left happy with the products I wanted.
