Because I value how businesses treat their employees, I want to share with you my impression of this business for you to consider, in case the humans behind organisations are also important to you. My daughter has had the pleasure of working for sessions. Although I have not heard about the owner as much as the manager, all I can say is that he uses positive leadership to foster employee engagement. For instance, to encourage employees to know more about the products, they created an inter-store competition with very interesting rewards. The manager is a wonderful human being who treats his workers like family members: the expectations to do the work are there, of course, but I can guarantee that he will give a lot of himself in return. He has been very supportive of my daughter when we had a family challenge, he ensures the employees' safety, even comes back when he is off if and an employee feels unsafe, and he does everything in his power to ensure that the work environment is pleasant and safe. I cannot say enough good things about this place and I wholeheartedly recommend it.

Well.. I have to say after a bit of a not so pleasant experience... the owner and an employee both reached out to me.. after some nice conversations.. this place and staff ( talking about you paul) went way over and beyond rectifying the issue. I can say after 28 years of dealing with this market.. this really was the best experience after all. I can not stress how much it meant to me that this company reached out to me to make me feel better. If you're in wasaga beach or even passing through. STOP AT SESSIONS, HANDS DOWN THEY WILL MAKE YOUR DAY. Ooooh and btw they price match so not only the best quailties but the absolute best prices. All the staff are great and paul will really try to answer your questions to the best of his knowledge and will make good recommendations if it is your first time

I NEVER once have I had a bad experience with Sessions . The staff they have are very helpful and the kindness they show is amazing! This is my regular store just to let everyone know . Paul let me tell you guys knows what he is talking about and he ALWAYS goes The extra mile to put a smile on your face and get you what you need. When you are there Paul and the other staff make you feel welcome every time I walk in. The selection and information is amazing. I'm always happy to see his face with a big smile and the best service provided to me. Honestly that's why I have become a regular there.

My friend and I came in around 9:00pm on Tuesday Dec 26th. We didn’t know exactly what we wanted but Julia so patient and kind as we figured it out. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the products and helped us pick the perfect product for our night. She is truly so sweet and just a ray of sunshine.

Wow. Just wow. I’ve been into some sessions before (won’t say which ones) and had a dreadful experience. But the employee beth not only changed my view on sessions they changed my view on cannabis. Never in my years smoking has someone given me such carefully constructed advice and recommendations. I can’t say enough good things about the employee named Beth. In a time of declining customer service, Beth rises above the ashes like a Phoenix. Truly I was inspired. Thank you for everything beth, I’ll never shop anywhere else again.
