Effective Date: October 10th, 2025

Sessions Cannabis (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates the Sessions Rewards loyalty program (“Program”) for eligible customers (“Members”, “you”, “your”). By enrolling in Sessions Rewards or continuing to use your Sessions Rewards account on or after the Effective Date, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).

1. Eligibility

1. Membership in Sessions Rewards is open to individuals who:
   a. Are 19 years of age or older.
   b. Have valid government-issued photo ID that allows purchase of cannabis in Ontario.
   c. Consent to these Terms.

    

2. We reserve the right to refuse membership, suspend or terminate membership, or adjust membership status, if we believe a Member has violated any of these Terms or applicable laws and regulations.

    

2. Program Description & Permitted Rewards

1. The Program allows Members to earn Points (as defined below) through qualifying activities and redeem those Points for non-cannabis rewards only. No Points may be redeemed for cannabis products or accessories, consistent with Health Canada’s Cannabis Act and AGCO Registrar standards.
2. Points can only be redeemed at Sessions Cannabis locations. Points are not redeemable at SESH by Sessions Cannabis locations.

    

3. Earning Points

1. Members earn Points based on store visits, not based on the purchase of cannabis or cannabis accessories.

    

2. Each eligible visit to a participating Sessions Cannabis or SESH by Sessions Cannabis store qualifies the Member for a set number of Points, as determined by Sessions Cannabis. The number of Points awarded per visit may vary at our discretion.

    

3. Only one Points award will be granted per Member per calendar day, regardless of the number of transactions or visits.

    

4. Points will be credited to the Member’s account after the visit is registered and verified by our systems. Points may take up to 2 business days to appear in the Member’s account.

    

5. Points cannot be earned for purchases of cannabis products or accessories, in compliance with Health Canada regulations and AGCO Registrar Standards.

    

6. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel Points-earning opportunities at any time, provided such changes comply with applicable laws.

    

7. We will communicate or post what activities are eligible for earning Points; these may change from time to time at our discretion, subject to notice.

    

4. Point Expiry / Inactivity

1. Points do not expire solely due to the passage of time.

    

2. Points may be removed (or deemed expired) if there is no earning or redeeming activity in your account for 12 consecutive months (“Inactivity Period”).

    

3. Continued use of your Sessions Rewards account (i.e. earning or redeeming Points, or any other active use) will reset the inactivity clock.

    

5. Use of Membership & Acceptance of Updated Terms

1. By continuing to use your Sessions Rewards account on or after the Effective Date, you accept these Terms and all future amendments / updates to Terms.

    

2. We may, in our sole discretion, amend or update these Terms. Updated versions will be posted to our website. Where required by law, we will provide notice of material changes through email, SMS, in-app messaging, in-store signage, or on receipts.

    

6. Redemption

1. Redemption of Points must be for non-cannabis Rewards. Redemption options, availability, and the number of Points required for a given Reward are determined by us and may change at any time, subject to applicable laws.

    

2. Redemption is subject to stock, availability, and any delivery or fulfillment restrictions.

    

7. Termination, Suspension & Fraud

1. We may suspend, limit, or terminate a Member’s account (including Points) if we believe there is fraudulent activity, abuse of Program, violation of these Terms or applicable regulations.

    

2. On termination for cause, we may forfeit any Points in your account at our discretion, consistent with these Terms and applicable legal rules.

    

8. Disclaimers, Limitations & Legal Compliance

1. These Terms comply with the Cannabis Act (Canada) and AGCO rules regarding inducements: Members may not use Points to redeem cannabis or accessories; Points may not be given as inducements tied to cannabis purchases.

    

2. These Terms comply with the Ontario Consumer Protection Act and the Protecting Rewards Points Act, including but not limited to: transparency, no expiry by passage of time alone, and providing notice before point removal.

    

3. We do not permit promotions, rewards, or inducements that appeal to youth, are visible or targeted to minors, or that use prohibited promotional techniques under the Cannabis Act.

    

9. Privacy & Communications

1. Any personal information collected from you in connection with the Program will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

    

2. You may opt in or opt out of receiving communications from us. Even without opting in, notices of Terms updates, impending point expiry due to inactivity, or other transactional communications will be provided as required by law (e.g., via receipts, signage, or in-store).

    

10. Miscellaneous

1. No Cash Value: Points have no cash value and are non-transferable. They cannot be exchanged for cash.

    

2. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

    

3. Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that part will be severed, and the remainder of the Terms will continue in full force.

    

4. Entire Agreement: These Terms, along with any other agreements referenced herein (e.g. Privacy Policy, notices), represent the full agreement between you and Sessions Cannabis regarding the Program.

    

Sessions Rewards – Program Overview

Sessions Rewards (the “Program”) is a voluntary customer loyalty program offered by Sessions Cannabis (“we”, “our”, or “us”) at participating retail store locations in Ontario. The Program is designed to reward eligible customers who choose to visit us, by allowing them to earn and redeem points, subject to these Terms and Conditions.

Participation in the Program is not automatic or mandatory. By enrolling in the Program, activating a membership, or using a Program account to earn or redeem points after the Effective Date of these Terms, you (“you” or “the Member”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Membership in the Program is free of charge. No purchase is necessary to enroll, and enrollment does not require the purchase or consumption of cannabis or cannabis accessories. Program participation and rewards are not used to induce cannabis consumption or promote intoxication, in accordance with the Cannabis Act and the Registrar’s Standards for Cannabis Retail Stores.

Points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and remain the property of Sessions Cannabis. We may, in our discretion and in compliance with applicable law, set rules about point accumulation, redemption, expiry, or forfeiture. Any such rules will be disclosed in these Terms and Conditions and updated from time to time by posting a notice on our website.
